The terrestrial ecosystem model is driven by the average values of atmospheric variables output by several GCMS under the emission scenarios of rcp2.6, rcp4.5 and rcp8.5 to simulate the changes of Alpine Grassland Ecosystem in permafrost regions of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau from 1981 to 2099. The model considers the response of permafrost to climate change, the response of soil water and heat to the change of permafrost, and the interaction between vegetation and soil water and heat. The data set includes permafrost environment (active layer thickness, groundwater depth, soil temperature and humidity of different layers) and ecosystem (net primary productivity, vegetation carbon pool, soil carbon pool, etc.), the time step of the model is month, the time step of output data set is year, and the spatial resolution is 0.5 degree.
