This dataset is based on the meteorological data of cold resources in Genhe City, the report of the Hulunbuir Meteorological Bureau on the proposal to build a "Chinese polar scientific experimental highland", and the response of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to the suggestion of National People's Congress Representative Zhou Yizhe. By manually collecting the temperature situation in Genhe City, basic data is provided for the evaluation and research of cold resources in Genhe City.
