%X This data set is the statistical data set of main characteristics of soil and water conservation loss types in Loess Plateau of Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Henan in 2001 and 2008. The statistical table of main characteristics of soil and water loss types includes the main characteristics, forest and grass coverage rate, gully density, slope composition, soil and water loss characteristics, and annual erosion modulus of each type of area. The statistical data of 1998 contains 13 data, and the statistical data of 2005 contains 13 items. The statistical table of the area of soil and water loss types includes the total area of 7 provinces, the area of soil erosion and the area of different types of soil and water conservation. The statistical data of 2001 contains 16 data, and the statistical data of 2008 contains 16 data.
