%X During the 27th China Antarctic expedition in 2010 / 2011, the photosynthetic activity and carbon metabolism parameters of lichen community were measured in situ using ci340 portable photosynthesis measurement system near the Great Wall Station in Antarctica, China, and the influencing factors were discussed. Lichen is a kind of water changing organism. When the natural conditions change, lichen will quickly change the water content in cells, and correspondingly change the physiological response of respiration or light and action, so as to resist the damage caused by adverse environment.
