The flow measurement section is rectangular (lmX lm), and the entire section is made of masonry blocks. The meteorological field is located on the left bank slope. The hydrological point of Kongbingdou is located at the mouth of the empty ice bucket adjacent to Glacier 1, with an altitude of 3804m and a control area of 1.68k ㎡. The flow measurement section is rectangular (lmxl.5m), made of masonry blocks, and the meteorological field is located on the right bank slope. This hydrological point mainly observes snow runoff.Zongkong hydrological point is located at the confluence of Daxigou and Luobudaogou, with an elevation of 3404m. This hydrological point mainly observes the precipitation and runoff of 7 glaciers and surrounding mountain slopes in the study area. The section is made of mortar block stones, and there is a working bridge on the section for flow measurement. The meteorological station is located on the left bank slope. All hydrological points are equipped with water gauges and self recording water level gauges, and flow measurements are made using flow meters. This dataset includes meteorological and hydrological observation data from three monitoring points, namely the No.1 Glacier at the Tianshan Glacier Observation Experimental Station, the Empty Ice Bucket, and the General Control Station from 1980 to 2002, as well as observation data from the Houxia Basic Station.
