AB  - This dataset includes observations from 40 WATERNET sensor network points in the Upper Baba River Basin of the Black River from the end of June 2013 to the present. 4cm, 10cm and 20cm soil moisture are the basic observations for each point; 19 points contain soil moisture and surface infrared radiation temperature observations; 11 points contain soil moisture, surface infrared radiation temperature observations, snow depth and precipitation observations. The frequency of observations is 5 minutes. This dataset provides a ground-based dataset for basin hydrological modelling, data assimilation and remote sensing validation as detailed in the "WATERNETNET Data File 20141206.docx"
